Head Of Facilities Management Operations And Technical Services

Description:

• Lead the Client-side Operations and Technical Services team to ensure the Facilities Management is supporting the Museum operations and strategic activities:
• Ensure Hard FM and technical services are implemented, fit for purpose and working toward operational excellence, implementing improvement and bringing solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure Soft FM services are implemented, fit for purpose and working toward operational excellence
• Support the delivery of IPM Policy and Strategy
• Develop asset management, energy management and property management services.
• Report and advise the Head of FM and Workplace Services on planning for these functions, and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring capacity and resilience for the client-side and out-sourced teams.
• Build strong relationships with the FM Contractors Account leads, to embed a partnering approach and to effectively integrate the services into the Museum operation and that’s supports continuous improvement.
