We’re looking for a talented and experienced Head of Finance to join our team. As a rapidly growing scaleup with a global footprint, the Head of Finance will be a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and outcome- oriented environment.

Reporting to the COO, the Head of Finance role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering and improving core business functions and processes. You will be a critical member of the team, and regularly interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO, team leads, Board of Directors, and investors. It is a multi-faceted role that goes well beyond solely managing P&L; you will be heavily involved in Strategic Resourcing, Rev Ops, Investor
Relations, and other critical business functions.

The successful candidate will be based in Greater London or willing to relocate, and have a willingness to travel as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, budget, and forecasts. Analyse financial data to provide insights into our financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Adhere to accounting standards and regulations, and communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
