- Partner with the Head of Learning & Curriculum to uphold Campus learning standards, evaluation frameworks, and digital delivery excellence.
- Build strong relationships with academic institutions, research organisations, regulators, and professional bodies to enhance Bupa’s reputation in global clinical training.
- Establish and manage an International Research Hub that encourages collaboration and coordinates global research opportunities.
- Put in place governance structures, quality assurance processes, accreditation pathways, and evaluation frameworks.
- Manage resources, budgets, and reporting to deliver sustainable, impactful learning programmes.

- Extensive experience leading clinical education at scale, ideally in a global or multi‑site healthcare environment.
- Experience designing digital, blended, and in‑person learning using modern adult learning principles.
- A strong understanding of competency frameworks, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience establishing governance, accreditation, and quality assurance frameworks for learning.
