Job Description:

The Head of IVF Operations is responsible for providing effective leadership, direction and accountability over core operational services at the Lister Fertility Clinic Chelsea and other associated satellite sites.

Focusing on identifying and implementing process improvements to support the efficient and safe delivery of IVF services. You will play an important role in supporting the facility SMT in delivering key strategic objectives to support business growth and work collaboratively with the clinical leaders to align care, service and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute actively to the development and continual expansion of the service over multiple sites, including administration, reception and associated services linked to IVF
• Lead the management and oversee progressive development of consistently high-quality customer service offered by our front-line teams. This includes both patient experience and consultant experience
• To provide support to the SMT across the defined range of duties, including setting & achieving of targets
• Oversee internal and external environmental health & safety audits and provide operational support to execute associated action plans within the IVF service line
• To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory procedures in accordance with registering authorities and adhere to Policies & Procedures within the Hospital

Skills and experience:

• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working as a leader in an administrative environment and 3+ years of management experience
• Creative & strategic thinker
• Project management experience
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office) with demonstrated analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, and the ability to deal with all levels of staff and external third parties
• Strong collaborator, with a sense of ownership & accountability
