We are seeking an exceptional, experienced individual with a Land focus to play a pivotal part in procuring and acquiring land and investment opportunities for the delivery of our new and exciting design led developments - be they residential, commercial, retail or institutional.

You are already familiar with Conditional contracts, Joint ventures, Option agreements and will have a flair for finding a solution that works for all.

You have the respect and confidence of landowners, agents and consultants, public bodies and local authorities in our region.

Above all, you are committed, entrepreneurial and someone who contributes to the whole company in your thoughts and actions.
