A leading FCA Regulated firm specialising in digital assets is seeking a Head of Legal to manage the overall legal strategy and risk management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regulatory strategy ensuring compliance with current and emerging global regulations.

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership regarding regulatory matters.

• Manage and coordinate regulatory projects with internal teams (Compliance, Business) and external stakeholders (legal counsel, regulatory bodies).

• Monitor regulatory developments in the digital assets sector and assess their impact in the UK and overseas jurisdictions.

• Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of various commercial agreements, including SaaS licenses, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to optimize corporate structure and governance.
