Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO’s you will be an integral part of shaping and bringing our Marketing Strategy to life. This role is quick-paced and multi faceted with a focus on several projects at any one time whilst also managing and leading a team of 6.

• Lead, manage and coach a team of 6 to deliver business and team objectives.
• Create and own the marketing plan through appropriate, proactive and timely multi-channel marketing campaigns that look to drive customer growth through acquisition and retention
• Champion the understanding of consumers behaviours & motivations to leverage growth, delivered through consumer-driven strategy & brand positioning
• Creating brand tone of voice and brand values
• Accountable for developing & delivering appropriate brand assets and campaign materials
• Support on social media strategy to ensure social is continuously growing and that content is progressive as well as engaging
• End to end project management; from ideas generation through to execution and measurement. Ensuring, timeliness of delivery and to budget
• Challenge and influence at a senior level the direction of the Brand, bringing ideas, inspiration and creative thinking
• Budget management and monthly reporting.
