Head Of Operations

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to lead our community mental health and wellbeing services, which provide community based services for working age adults (including primary mental health, secondary mental health and a physical health team) across the city of Leeds. The post holder will be a key leader in the development and delivery of the community transformation agenda across the Leeds system. They will be required to work in close partnership with a wide range of partner organisations, service users and carers and other stakeholders, as well as providing leadership and senior operational management to our multi-disciplinary staff teams to ensure the delivery and development of high quality, effective services. The successful candidate will ideally bring experience of leading community service delivery and development (or equivalent), and a sound grasp of the community transformation agenda – underpinned by excellent communication, relationship and leadership & organisational skills and a commitment to actively addressing health inequalities. The Heads of Operations all provide senior cover across a 7 day rota, and therefore some weekend working and on-call is required.
