A boutique Financial Services firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced Head of PR and Communications to take the next step in their career. Reporting closely to the leadership team, this role will be instrumental in developing and executing a communications strategy aimed at enhancing the brand’s image and reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with national media partners and journalists to elevate brand image

• Act as the company spokesperson for media enquiries and provide counsel to leadership on communications matters

• Lead thought leadership initiatives across the business to position the company as an industry expert

• Support internal communications efforts to boost employee engagement and alignment

Key Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in communications roles, either agency-side or client-side

• Proven experience working within B2B financial services environments

• Skilled in developing and managing comprehensive communications strategies
