Reporting closely to the leadership team, this role will be instrumental in developing and executing a communications strategy aimed at enhancing the brand’s image and reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with national media partners and journalists to elevate brand image

• Act as the company spokesperson for media enquiries and provide counsel to leadership on communications matters

• Lead thought leadership initiatives across the business to position the company as an industry expert

• Support internal communications efforts to boost employee engagement and alignment

Key Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in communications roles, either agency-side or client-side

• Proven experience working within B2B financial services environments

• Skilled in developing and managing comprehensive communications strategies
