An established and growing financial services organization, represented exclusively by ADLIB Recruitment, is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Product Marketing to lead a newly formed team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is ideal for professionals currently operating at a “Head of” or “Director” level within the financial services sector.

The Head of Product Marketing will lead a team of three Product Marketing Managers and will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, shaping product positioning, and leading successful product launches. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments.

The successful candidate will oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials, monitor campaign performance using data analytics, and adjust strategies to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and brand awareness. A strong emphasis will be placed on leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new financial products

  • Define and refine product messaging and positioning

  • Manage successful end-to-end product launches

  • Ensure alignment of product marketing strategies with broader business goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels

  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs including lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness

  • Lead a team of three Product Marketing Managers

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Senior leadership experience in marketing within the financial services industry

  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful marketing strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and adapt campaign performance

  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Employment Terms:

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Work Mode: Hybrid working model

  • Salary: £110000 to £140000 per year (£9166 to £11666 per month)
