The Role:

This Head of Rights Management position will be working in a team of 5 strong finance professionals and directors, and offers a fantastic opportunity to mentor and develop the junior members of the team. The role, which offers hybrid working, will involve a variety of responsibilities and will require candidates to head up the rights management team to provide copyright compliance to their clients. this will also be a hands on opportunity to support with various ad projects as and when they arise.

The Duties:

The main duties will include:

• Lead direction of royalty collections for clients to include publishing and neighbouring rights administration
• Oversee artists registration and song registration with CMOs and PROs
• Ensure effective management of clients repertoire with relevant collecting societies
• Oversee the workflow of the rights management team
• Ad hoc projects to support clients and senior level management

What we need to see (Essential)

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualifiedor QBE
• Experience with recording and publishing companies and collection societies (PRS / PPL)
• Strong outward facing personality
