You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the sales, along with leading a team of talented sales professionals, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Drive innovation in sales processes and techniques to stay ahead in the competitive real estate market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales management
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a real estate agency.
  • Strong understanding of the South West/East London property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.
