What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to shape and execute European go-to-market strategies
- Cultivate Owner Operator channel growth through best-practice processes and conversion monitoring
- Train and support Official Resellers in the Lens Hire segment (technical coaching provided)
- Identify local marketing opportunities and collaborate on event delivery every 2–3 weeks
- Deliver timely market insights, sales forecasts, and trend analyses to product and marketing teams
- Manage service liaison for rental customers, ensuring swift, expert support
What You’ll Bring
- Significant sales experience within the Owner Operator and Lens Hire segments
- A deep interest in cinematography and confidence engaging with creatives
- Strong working knowledge of camera systems and lens technologies
- Outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe (including Scandinavia and Turkey)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and regular sales activity reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
