We’re supporting a leading organisation in the built environment space to appoint a Head of Sales & Marketing – a key role that is central to their ambitious global growth strategy. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and oversee a revenue-generating portfolio of world-renowned sustainability and innovation programmes delivered across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing, 20-person Sales & Marketing team, including Key Accounts, New Business, Inside Sales, Digital & Events.

  • Take on a broad commercial remit, covering training, consultancy, software, data, and training services, with clients including tech giants, global real estate firms, and major hospitality and retail brands.

  • Drive year-on-year growth across key areas like ESG, smart construction, carbon reduction, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • A strong background in construction, real estate, sustainability, or the built environment sectors.

  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth, with the ability to lead from the front in sales, marketing, and business development.

  • A strategic and analytical mindset, combined with authenticity and a collaborative leadership style.
