Description:
We’re supporting a leading organisation in the built environment space to appoint a Head of Sales & Marketing – a key role that is central to their ambitious global growth strategy. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and oversee a revenue-generating portfolio of world-renowned sustainability and innovation programmes delivered across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia.
Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing, 20-person Sales & Marketing team, including Key Accounts, New Business, Inside Sales, Digital & Events.
Take on a broad commercial remit, covering training, consultancy, software, data, and training services, with clients including tech giants, global real estate firms, and major hospitality and retail brands.
Drive year-on-year growth across key areas like ESG, smart construction, carbon reduction, and innovation.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams.
A strong background in construction, real estate, sustainability, or the built environment sectors.
Proven track record of driving commercial growth, with the ability to lead from the front in sales, marketing, and business development.
A strategic and analytical mindset, combined with authenticity and a collaborative leadership style.
