We are supporting an incredible beauty brand in their search for a Head of Social Media. Since launching over 5 years ago, they have been successful in carving out a niche within the Beauty market making them a go to brand.

Due to exponential growth globally, they are now strengthening their team and this role will be key in creating and driving their social media vision across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinking self starter who isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the development of the social strategy across all social platforms.
• Strategise on how to increase engagement, following and conversion rate.
• Create a social content calendar, covering all key dates and ensuring all new product launches have a promotion plan.
• Define KPI objectives and set clear expectations for content strategies.
• Consistently be a trendsetter and seek out new ways to evolve the brands content.
• Management of a dedicated team, continually coaching and developing each individual.
• Ensure brand tone of voice is correct across all social content.
