Shirley Parsons has been exclusively retained to appoint a Head of Sustainability & ESG with a leading supply chain organisation, who are passionate about ESG and making a positive difference across all what they do.

As Head of Sustainability & ESG, you will be pivotal in advancing ESG to the next level, determining how this will be achieved and ensuring the actions to get them there are executed. You will be an essential part of the organisation, with frequent interaction with c-suite, the leadership team, and other outside parties. Your ability to successfully lead, manage and influence multiple stakeholder groups will be critical.

To be successful, you'll need to be able to drive multiple ESG related projects and manage your team and their skill sets accordingly. You are likely to have knowledge across multiple aspects of the ESG arena, from carbon reduction to social value projects to reducing waste, to understanding the broader governance piece, there is no limit! Your ability to execute in this space, will bring with it a competitive advantage for the organisation, as well as ensuring a consistent compliance process around it all.
