Description:
The Head of Buyers is a Senior role reporting to the MD UK and responsible for the overall vision and strategy for the plans to develop and expand the High Valuer Visitor (HVV) offering for the UK Hub.
The Head of Buyers is responsible for a centralised team of Buyer Account Manager and Buyer Executives. This team also has internationally located team members.
The Head of Buyers will be responsible for designing and executing a HVB strategy for the RXUK hub that will develop ways to deliver and capture value in our existing Buyer driven shows and review how to extend the HVB programmes across the B2B shows. Furthermore, the Head of Buyers will look to reduce the level of ‘Hosting’ and work to build out best in class meeting scheduling and ultimately matchmaking technologies.
The Head of Hosted Buyer has ultimate responsibility for the value proposition, value delivery and value capture of our Hosted buyer product and acts as the source of knowledge to the rest of the business, and to the broader market.
