British Triathlon and Triathlon England are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Workforce to lead the development and implementation of their Education and Learning Framework. This framework supports a diverse network of Coaches, Activators, Leaders, and Officials across swim, bike, run, and triathlon in England and Britain.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning workforce strategies with the organization's ambitious goals, fostering participation, and tackling inequalities. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a committed and innovative team at the forefront of sport development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of sustainable education and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with other work area leaders to ensure a holistic approach to workforce development.
• Manage learning management systems and uphold compliance standards.
• Support strategic initiatives to drive participation and enhance member experiences.
• Deliver impactful education and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
