Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the school community in alignment with Catholic values.
- Set and achieve high expectations for academic performance and overall outcomes.
- Ensure that all pupils, including those from diverse backgrounds, reach their full potential.
- Foster a strong Catholic ethos within the school and wider community.
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with parents, parish, and local community.
- Work towards the successful creation of St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Trust, aligning with the vision of the St Francis & St Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company.
- Support the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and staff.
