Healthcare Consultant

Description:

At Atos, we are looking for a Healthcare Consultant to lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. You will be an experienced delivery professional, with expertise in managing complex engagements and building strong client relationships. Your role will involve delivering both new and existing consulting engagements, ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and developing internal standards and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, with experience delivering Business Cases within the NHS. A finance/accounting background is desirable, and the ability to present data clearly is essential. You should have a passion for driving innovation and change within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.
• Collaborate closely with customers, account teams, and delivery teams to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions.
• Provide direct consulting services to customers, ensuring solutions meet internal standards and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving account growth.
• Mentor and train junior consultants.
• Participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience leading consulting engagements for healthcare and/or life science customers.
• Experience in large IT environments with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong background in finance and/or accounting is desirable.
