This pivotal role focuses on developing and nurturing NHS partnerships to drive commercial growth and deliver impactful healthcare services across community ophthalmology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and ENT specialties.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for designing partnership strategies, engaging senior NHS stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of services within NHS pathways. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute NHS partnership strategies to expand community healthcare services.
Build strong relationships with senior NHS decision-makers to drive growth and secure contracts.
Analyse complex healthcare data and turn insights into actionable business strategies.
Collaborate with sales, clinical, and market access teams to achieve regional growth objectives.
Lead non-promotional collaborations with NHS bodies to tackle health inequalities and enhance care.
Navigate NHS procurement and funding frameworks to prepare tenders and support strategic bids.
Oversee referral performance delivery in line with budgeted growth plans.
Continuously evaluate systems and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will be a highly motivated and strategic professional with deep knowledge of NHS frameworks and proven experience in commercial healthcare partnerships. You must be able to balance commercial growth objectives with a strong focus on compliance, patient outcomes, and system efficiency.
