Specsavers Home Visits Norwich is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) to deliver exceptional audiology care to patients in their own homes across the Suffolk community. In this role, you will conduct professional hearing tests, provide expert advice on suitable hearing aids, and ensure every patient receives a personalised and high-quality service experience.

You will have the opportunity to work within a growing and supportive team, backed by the strength of the globally recognised Specsavers brand. This position offers a varied caseload of both private and NHS patients, ensuring a fulfilling and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional hearing tests and assessments in patients' homes.

• Recommend and fit competitively priced hearing aids based on individual needs.

• Provide wax removal services (microsuction/wax removal qualification advantageous).

• Deliver a high standard of care and professional excellence, ensuring every patient feels supported.

• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations and ensure patient satisfaction.

• Cover multiple sites within the Suffolk region (driving required).

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Qualified and HCPC-registered Audiologist.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to deliver outstanding customer care and professional service.

• Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel across multiple sites.
