Description:
As a Hotel Concierge at Warwick Castle, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure that all accommodations are perfectly prepared for each guest’s stay. Your customer service skills will be put to use in creating magical experiences for visitors staying in the castle’s unique accommodations, from medieval tower suites to luxurious lodges and glamping tents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Tailor your approach to meet individual guest needs and ensure rooms are ready for their stay.
- Address guest queries, resolve issues, and manage feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure that all rooms are impeccably maintained and prepared for each new guest.

- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the operational needs of the castle.
