Responsibilities
 

  • Checking Guests in and out of the hotel
  • Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay
  • Liaising with House keeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements
  • Effectively dealing with guests feedback or minor issues
  • Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest safety deposit boxes.
