I’m currently recruiting for 2 Housing Repairs Customer Service Advisors to join a reputable housing provider in London.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with housing repairs / customer service experience, particularly those with NEC Housing experience.

📍 Location: London
💷 Rate: £Competitive PAYE/Umbrella per hour
🕐 Hours: Part-time – minimum 22.5 hours per week
📅 Working: Monday–Friday, between 8am–6:15pm
🏢 Training: Approximately 4 weeks office-based
🏠 After training: Hybrid working
👥 Vacancies: X2

What we're looking for:
✅ Previous housing experience – essential/preferred
✅ NEC Housing experience – required
✅ Repairs / housing customer service experience
✅ Strong telephone and customer service skills
✅ Confident handling challenging residents
✅ Ability to take ownership and resolve enquiries
✅ Experience working to KPIs and service standards
✅ Excellent communication and attention to detail
✅ Available to start at short notice
