Hr Business Manager

 

Description:

The HR Business Manager will work closely with, Heads of Department, and senior managers, developing the HR strategies that will support the achievement of departmental goals and enhance their team's performance. This will include resource planning, talent retention and management, career progression, and learning and development. You will provide HR leadership for organisation development and change programmes.

You will be an experienced HR professional or business manager, with a successful track record of leading people through change

You will have strong project management skills and a commercial understanding of how HR strategies and people management can support business success.

The Person:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the experience, skills and attributes below:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent work experience
  • MCIPD or Professional qualification
  • Min 3 years’ experience in a business management or Senior HR role
  • Successful track record of leading projects which deliver change across departments or at an organisational level
  • Solid understanding of HR and people management practices and process and experience of successful implementation
  • Evidence of critical thinking and analysis, capable of evaluating data to support evidence-based decision making
  • Effective influencing and relationship building skills
