As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the hiring process, promoting the employer brand, and assisting in various recruitment and onboarding activities. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, technology, and personal growth, with a genuine curiosity for how AI and digital tools are shaping modern HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
Use social media and digital platforms to promote Ideagen’s employer brand and attract top talent globally.
Create and post engaging job adverts, interview questions, and job descriptions using AI tools.
Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
Recruitment Operations & Coordination:
Support pre-employment checks, onboarding processes, and administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Organise welcome gifts, assist in planning and running assessment centres, and coordinate candidate interviews.
Screen and shortlist candidates for early-career and graduate roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage internal vacancy communications across Ideagen’s global teams.
Data Management & Compliance:
Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports as required.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Skills & Experience Required:
A genuine passion for HR, recruitment, or people operations.
A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and adopt new technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and organized approach to work.
Confidence using social media platforms for professional engagement.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to support various administrative tasks.
Curiosity about AI tools and their use in recruitment is an advantage (training will be provided).
