Their UK division, M Renewables, is hiring a HSE Site Supervisor to foster a culture of safety and ensure project delivery without incidents across various UK sites.

The role requires implementing and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements derived from pre-construction information, reviewing project safety plans, and maintaining all health and safety documentation. You will lead HSE initiatives, manage subcontractor safety, coordinate emergency procedures, and conduct accident investigations with detailed reporting.

Monitoring environmental factors such as fuel, waste, and water levels on-site will also be a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will hold NEBOSH certifications, have first aider accreditation, and preferably possess ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and implement HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information ensuring compliance.

• Review project drawings and Construction Phase Plan for health and safety issues.

• Prepare and maintain updated Health & Safety files, including risk and environmental assessments.

• Establish emergency plans, traffic management, and fire regulation compliance.

• Lead HSE initiatives, manage subcontractor H&S, and coordinate emergency procedures.

• Conduct accident investigations and produce reports with findings and recommendations.

• Monitor fuel, waste, and water levels on site and take necessary action.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or equivalent.

• In-date First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate.

• ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor qualification preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in construction, electrical, or related technical environments.

• Experience in solar/renewables sector preferred.

• Full driving license.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with self-motivation and team player attitude.
