This is a full-time role as an IFA Administrator / Assistant Paraplanner at The Aspire Partnership LLP located in Bristol. As an IFA Administrator / Assistant Paraplanner, you will be responsible for supporting the independent financial advisors and paraplanners in their day-to-day operations. This may include administrative tasks such as preparing client documentation, processing applications, maintaining client records, and assisting with research and analysis. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes and regulations
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and tools
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
