Imaging Specialist

A leading, research-driven biotech company is seeking an Imaging Specialist to join its growing team in Oxford. This role focuses on supporting the development of innovative PET radiopharmaceuticals and advancing cancer diagnostics through cutting-edge imaging technologies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Study Support:

   • Assist with the setup, execution, and closeout of clinical studies in collaboration with Clinical Operations.

2. Medical Imaging Data Management:

   • Oversee the transfer, quality control, and archiving of medical imaging data (PET/CT).

   • Manage central blinded image reads and liaise with external Imaging Core Labs.

3. Data Analysis & Interpretation:

   • Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of imaging data.

4. Vendor Oversight:

   • Ensure adherence to study protocols and regulations by overseeing vendors.

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Physics, or a related field.

• Solid experience with PET/CT, phantom imaging, and scanner qualification.

• Proven ability to manage external vendors and imaging data workflows.

• Familiarity with UK/EU clinical trial regulations and imaging guidelines.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
