Immigration Specialist

Erbiller are looking to recruit an experienced Immigration Solicitor or suitably qualified IAA Immigration Adviser to join our growing team at our North London office.

We are seeking an individual with strong practical experience in UK immigration and asylum law who is confident in managing their own caseload and providing high-quality advice and representation to clients.

The role will involve a varied caseload, which may include:

• Spouse, partner and family visa applications

• Indefinite Leave to Remain and settlement applications

• British citizenship and nationality matters

• Private life and human rights applications

• Skilled Worker and other work-related immigration matters

• Sponsor licence applications

• Asylum and protection matters

• Immigration appeals and Tribunal work

• Further submissions and complex immigration matters

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with immigration experience OR an appropriately qualified IAA Immigration Adviser

• Have strong knowledge of the Immigration Rules and relevant Home Office guidance

• Be capable of managing files with an appropriate level of independence

• Have excellent drafting, client-care and case-management skills

• Be organised, reliable and able to work effectively within a busy legal practice

• Have experience preparing detailed representations, witness statements and supporting evidence

• Be committed to providing a professional and high standard of service to clients
