Implementation Consultant

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end solution development for clients, ensuring seamless integration of advanced legal technology into their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops and meetings to understand and document business requirements.

• Design and implement tailored solutions using HighQ Collaborate or similar platforms.

• Manage integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Configure appliances and manage API integrations to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and delivery experience.

• Serve as a technical advisor and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory

• Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL Scripting

• Working knowledge of network firewalls and proxy servers

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure

• Experience with HighQ or similar legal software implementation is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and technologies
