Implementation Engineer

My client is an elite systematic trading firm. They are seeking an Integrator to drive new venue integrations and feature launches. You’ll oversee rollouts, updates, and align infrastructure with business goals. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of technology and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of key projects across order entry and drop copy systems.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and external partners to define and deliver requirements.
• Coordinate venue onboarding, platform migrations, and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support implementation efforts.
• Proactively remove roadblocks, optimize team workflows, and ensure clear communication throughout.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience -

✔ 2-6 years Proven background in systems integration with direct involvement in connecting to trading exchanges.

✔ Experience with Python and/or Bash

✔ Proficiency in Linux & FIX Protocol

✔ Strong understanding of Trade Life Cycle

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
