The Systems IP team is expanding rapidly, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive optimization of Arm’s world-class solutions for secure compute, automotive, infrastructure, and large-screen compute markets.
As a Staff / Principal Implementation Engineer, you will lead the physical implementation of Arm’s designs, ensuring optimal performance, power efficiency, and silicon quality. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence Arm’s solutions at the micro-architecture level while supporting global partners in their physical design success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage physical implementation flows (RTL to GDSII) including synthesis, floorplanning, P&R, STA, power analysis, and verification.
Optimize designs for performance, power, and area efficiency to ensure world-class implementation quality.
Collaborate with design teams to influence micro-architecture decisions for better outcomes.
Enable Arm’s chip partners by sharing best practices and supporting physical implementation challenges.
Stay up to date with new silicon methodologies, advancing Arm’s design practices.
