EnableGreen, in collaboration with a leading organization in the education sector, is seeking an Independent Health and Safety Auditor to conduct professional health and safety assessments across multiple school sites in Asia. This hybrid role, open to candidates globally, involves travel to various locations including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. The auditor will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of health and safety practices, evaluating compliance with organizational policies, and providing clear, evidence-based reports to key stakeholders such as the Head of School and the Regional Team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work as a freelance consultant with the flexibility to manage your assignments while playing a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff across international educational environments. The ideal candidate will hold Chartered IOSH membership (or equivalent) and have a deep understanding of health and safety practices, particularly within the education sector.

Key responsibilities include performing on-site health and safety audits, delivering professional feedback to school leadership, identifying areas for improvement, documenting effective practices, and escalating risks where necessary. The role also requires maintaining strong professional relationships with school leaders and adopting a culturally sensitive, consultative approach.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Member of IOSH (or equivalent) – mandatory.

• Prior experience in the education sector is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of global health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in conducting health and safety audits and preparing comprehensive reports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.

• Ability to travel internationally and manage assignments independently.

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
