Description:

MSCI’s Indexed Investments & Solutions team is part of the OneMSCI coverage group focused on providing clarity and insight into investable products, primarily ETFs and Passive Funds linked to MSCI indices. The team works on detailed analysis of global markets and index construction methodologies, while also developing and prototyping innovative investable strategies using new data signals and analytical models.

The primary focus for this role is working with Wealth Managers, Private Banks, and Asset Managers in France. The candidate will promote MSCI’s intellectual property (IP) and provide transparency on indexes tracked by ETFs, covering a wide range of equity, fixed income, and multi-asset class indexed strategies including sector, factor, emerging markets, and sustainable indexes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting MSCI’s linked ETFs and growing Assets Under Management (AUM) in French markets.

• Building and managing strong relationships with key clients such as CIOs, Portfolio Managers, Fund Selectors, and Quant/Research teams.

• Collaborating with MSCI’s strategic ETF partners, as well as internal Sales and Strategy teams to jointly promote MSCI linked ETFs.

• Prototyping and developing indexed investment strategies across equities, fixed income, multi-asset classes, and real assets.

• Supporting the Index Sales team by providing market insights, use-cases, and analytical support.

• Embracing the OneMSCI agenda which requires broad skills in index analytics, products, and portfolio implementation.
