Manage and develop supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring value-added partnerships.
Benchmark supplier performance and introduce innovative initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across logistics, supply chain, and distribution functions to ensure alignment and optimize operations.
Lead category management efforts, focusing on continuous improvement and sustainable procurement practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and support business growth through cost and efficiency gains.
Drive large-scale change initiatives within the procurement and logistics teams, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact.
Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and logistics procurement at a senior or managerial level.
Strong understanding of logistics and transportation markets, including supplier management and benchmarking.
Proven ability to develop and implement category strategies that deliver long-term value.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across business functions.
