Industrial Business Development Manager

Description:

Business Development Manager sought by a UK based Green Hydrogen supply and refuelling company. You will work towards delivering affordable and low carbon hydrogen for future industrial applications.

Joining a fast growth business, you will also be a part of a wider consortium of businesses working together to provide zero-emissions solutions. The consortium of businesses are involved in an end-to-end process from developing and operating the required energy infrastructure assets (Renewable Power Generation, Electrolysis plants) to the transportation and distribution of Green Hydrogen and the provision of turnkey, zero-emissions solutions - and you could be a part of all this!

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Industrials, the successful Business Development Manager will work to help decarbonise the industrial sector. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting and developing the team in managing and growing customer relationships
• Supporting the development of commercial strategy
• Leading in managing business strategy and growth in the hydrogen sector
• Researching, analysing and evaluating the industrial markets with developing needs to decarbonise
• Developing, launching and owning business development activities
• Negotiating business contracts and commercial terms in an end-to-end hydrogen ecosystem (including sourcing hydrogen and sale)

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Commercial, business development or consulting experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and business relationship skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Flexibility, adaptability and initiative
• Good commercial judgement
• A desire to be a part of the decarbonisation of industrial spheres
