Industrial Manager

TEKEVER, the European leader in unmanned technology, is seeking an Industrial Manager to lead and streamline its manufacturing operations in Bath, UK. TEKEVER develops high-performance unmanned aerial systems (UAS) used in defence, security, space, and digital surveillance applications. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring excellence in drone production, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

As Industrial Manager, you will oversee production workflows, coordinate across various departments, and implement systems to manage production rules, planning, and compliance. Your leadership will be essential in training staff, guiding recruitment, improving ERP systems, and achieving strategic production goals. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in industrial engineering, production management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive production efficiency and ensure effectiveness of all manufacturing processes.

• Define and enforce production operating rules (e.g., scheduling, stock control, team management, waste handling).

• Implement systems for quality control, hygiene, safety, and productivity.

• Mentor and train engineering and production teams internally and externally.

• Lead recruitment planning to align staffing with production goals.

• Coordinate seamlessly across sections: machining, electronics, integration, ground systems, etc.

• Set medium-term goals and strategically evolve the team and processes.

• Support operational production planning and oversee ERP software improvements.

• Monitor timelines to ensure consistent on-time delivery.

• Promote safety standards and rectify unsafe practices.

• Communicate assertively across teams and departments.

• Build and foster a disciplined, high-morale, and productive team culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar industrial or production management role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and ERP software (ERP system experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Fluent in English (C2 level proficiency required).

• Deep understanding of quality management systems and industrial best practices.

• Ability to work autonomously and respond proactively to production needs.
