L.E.K. Consulting, a globally r enowned strategy consulting firm, is seeking experienced Consultants and Managers to join its London office, with a focus on the Industrials sector. These full-time roles are designed for individuals who bring 4–8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and wish to make a meaningful impact across high-growth industrial subsectors including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, building products, chemicals, logistics, and more.
As part of L.E.K.'s growing Global Industrials Practice, you will work on cutting-edge strategic projects ranging from market entry strategy and operational transformation to multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions. The environment is fast-paced and intellectually rigorous, offering significant responsibility and client exposure from day one.
This opportunity is ideal for consultants looking to move toward Partner-level responsibilities, helping to expand L.E.K.’s presence in Europe and lead sector-specific growth in Industrial Equipment & Technology, Building & Construction, and Packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support Commercial Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence, and strategic growth projects for clients in the industrial sector.
Manage engagements end-to-end including client communication, team oversight, work planning, and quality control of deliverables.
Conduct in-depth research, benchmarking, financial modeling, and market analysis to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and mentor junior team members.
Develop industry-specific thought leadership and contribute to internal knowledge-building within the Industrials practice.
Shape and implement sector strategies to strengthen the firm’s foothold in industrial markets across Europe.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 to 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on industrials, M&A, or corporate strategy.
Strong experience in Commercial Due Diligence and growth strategy projects.
Excellent analytical skills—both qualitative and quantitative—paired with business acumen.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and team mentorship.
High-level proficiency in Excel, including data modeling and interpretation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Professional experience within private equity or corporate strategy roles in the industrials space is considered a plus.
