Influencer Manager

Description:

Weber Shandwick seeks an experienced Influencer Manager to support the Influencer Strategy Lead and team across existing accounts and help develop the wider influencer proposition across the UK. The role involves designing and executing earned-first influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, cultural trends, and audience behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design and execution of influencer marketing strategies

• Identify and analyze the right mix of influencers for clients

• Develop campaign frameworks to ensure audience resonance and authenticity

• Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and management teams

• Develop briefing documents, host briefing calls, and coordinate campaign activations

• Monitor influencer content for quality, brand alignment, and compliance

• Analyze and measure influencer campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

• Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends

• Collaborate with broader teams to integrate influencer campaigns into larger communications

• Manage commercial and contract negotiations, including budgets and legal requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience managing influencer collaborations and integrated campaigns

• Knowledge of PR, marketing, and social media platforms

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Creative mindset with awareness of cultural and digital trends

• Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments

• Self-starter confident in outreach and engagement with influencer agents
