Description:
As an UK and Ireland Influencer Marketing Specialist at Women’s Best, you will be responsible for the growth of our athlete, influencer and creator program in England and Ireland. You will help to identify, effectively manage and activate influencers.
The goal is to increase the awareness about Women’s Best brand and products within our target audience and to strengthen the brand image in the region by working with the right talent that fits and is relevant to the brand.
You report to the Chief Partnerships Officer.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Manage and act as the main point of contact for Women’s Best UK & Ireland Influencers, athletes and content creators
- Ensure your influencer roasters are meeting their deliverables and meeting brand expectations
- Actively source and recruit new talent aligned with Women’s Best brand vision and keep track of rising talents
- Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, briefing, product coordination and content review for both long term and one-off collabs
- Optimize performance through consistent feedback and performance reviews
- Allocate your assigned budget across different tiers, platforms, regions and activities to bring the best results
- Collaborate with internal teams as social and campaign to align influencer content with brand goals
- Support influencer participation in key campaigns, launches, events and brand moments
- Track and report influencer performance and share regular updates with the Chief Partnerships Officer
- Maintain relationships with influencer agencies and partners as needed
- Coordinate and be on site for influencer participation in events, shoots and help with on site logistics when required
- Assist with influencer related operations as gifting, payment tracking, feedback and special requests
YOUR PROFILE:
- Passion for women’s health, fitness, strength and empowerment
- Relevant experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within the fitness, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or nutrition space
- Good knowledge of the UK influencer landscape
- Good understanding of the UK culture, fluent in English and UK based
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Accountability, resilience, problem solving mindset, honest and can adapt to agile and fast paced environment
- Flexible for traveling when needed
