Information Governance Technical Analyst

Description:

Information Governance Technical Analyst Based in Manchester, with hybrid working.

You will join the Information Governance and Technology team, to support the department, with key job responsibilities including:

• Performing lifecycle activities for file and user permissions within a Microsoft environment, including Entra, SharePoint Online, NTFS, and ADFS
• Executing access reviews and certifications based on requirements
• Documenting policies and procedures for Information Governance responsibilities
• Maintaining accurate notes and tracking documentation for data collection projects
• Developing collaborative relationships to identify tasks and processes required

Key Person specification and job requirements include:

• Possess well‑developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including effectively defining problems and identifying solutions
• Exhibit the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus

And have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, preferably
• Microsoft or other relevant certifications, preferably
• Experience working with cloud, server and storage, active directory, networking, or other technology infrastructure fields
• Experience working in a law firm, preferably
