Key Responsibilities of the Information Security Analyst:

• You will work on establishing and maintaining security products and procedures across the Managed Services client base
• Utilise technical solutions including Saas AV, Network Flow, PAM Services and SIEM
• As part of a team, manage the technical security services. React to various incidents and tickets, comply to standards and preserve / upgrade security technologies.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Around 1 year experience working in an IT Managed Service Environment or Healthcare industry
• Experience of working with Enterprise AV solutions and SIEM (QRadar)
• Understanding of Cyber Security controls and Security concepts
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and able to disclose security information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cyber Security certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, GIAC) is beneficial
