IT Manager
They are looking for an IT Manager to run ensure smooth delivery of the IT Infrastructure whilst leading a small team.
Working Patterns: This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week on site.
The Key Responsibilities of a IT Manager:
- Lead the IT infrastructure team with a commitment to ensure individual and team development.
- Ensuring system security is always maintained.
- Running regular checks on network and data security.
- Ensuring smooth running and maintenance the IT Infrastructure.
- Reporting status and improvements to the wider business as you will be a member of the Senior Management Team.
- Attending to and resolving incidents raised by colleagues.
- Awareness of all projects that the infrastructure team are working on to identify resource gaps and report these to the wider business.
- Assuring all hardware and software is kept up to date and secure in accordance with stipulated guidelines. This will require minimal downtime outside of normal working hours.
- Supporting and reporting on annual infrastructure budget.
- Conducting regular system audits.
- Writing and maintaining internal infrastructure documentation, processes and design to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Technically qualified and experienced to competently lead delivery of effective services for the key areas described in the role.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- A strategic thinker, who can identify creative solutions.
- Ability to assess and recruit top candidates, train new IT staff, supervise and motivate team members for high performance.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess a proactive, positive attitude and respect for others.
- Knowledge of architecture processes.
