Identify Solutions is seeking a motivated Information Technology Technician (IT Engineer) to join their growing team in Cardiff on a hybrid working model. As an IT Engineer, you will provide both reactive and proactive technical support to end-users, delivering quick resolutions and aiming for first-fix wherever possible. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound technical enquiries (via telephone and email).

• Provide immediate support and resolutions where possible, escalating as necessary.

• Install and configure software remotely for end-user workstations.

• Support, troubleshoot, and liaise with third-party vendors regarding client applications and line-of-business software.

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot end-user hardware including PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.

Candidate Profile / Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Office 365.

• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Office 365 tenant accounts.

• A solid understanding of computer hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.).

• Basic technical knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure, with troubleshooting capability.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with users at all levels.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
