Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support for the client's on-premises infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead and participate in the delivery of infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless infrastructure solutions.
• Support and enhance the network infrastructure, ensuring robust connectivity and security.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in 3rd line support and infrastructure project delivery.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft on-premises technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange).
• Solid networking experience, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of network devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
