Description:
Fujitsu is seeking a DJSC 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join its Defence and IT services division in Bracknell. This role is office-based due to the nature of the support provided and involves working in a shared service environment, supporting a wide array of customers with diverse requirements.
As a key member of the infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical systems, managing complex environments, and ensuring robust estate maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires flexibility, strong technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain virtualisation environments (VMWare).
Administer Windows Server (2016–2022) platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure-related issues.
Deliver BAU (Business-As-Usual) support.
Monitor and manage server infrastructure lifecycle.
Apply best practices to optimise service delivery.
Support and mentor junior engineers.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (37 hours per week).
Early/late start shifts on rotation as directed.
