Description:
This internal sales representative role is a full-time on-site position located in Bramley, Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service by being the first point of contact for our customer base.
- Selling and upselling Singh Concrete's products and services to a range of customers (B2B & B2C) whilst increasing the business profile with customers and prospects.
- Maximising the utilisation of the fleet.
- Accurately processing customer orders in an urgent and timely manner.
- Support with the planning and scheduling of work to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure CRM is kept fully up-to-date with project tracking
Candidate Requirements
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
- Minimum of 2 years telephone sales and customer service experience in an office or trade counter environment
- Ability to generate new leads and build relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Teamwork skills at all levels with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the construction materials or logistics industry is a plus
- Full UK Driving license with own transport
