Insights Client Success Executive

 

Description:

dunnhumby, a global leader in Customer Data Science, is seeking an experienced Insights Client Success Executive on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role involves managing and nurturing strong relationships with a portfolio of CPG clients, supporting the delivery and selling of dunnhumby’s insights and solutions to optimize customer value and mutual growth between retailers and suppliers.

The candidate will play a key role in fostering collaboration between retailers and suppliers, delivering insightful presentations based on data analysis, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes supporting training delivery, measuring ROI, contributing to client contract renewals, and sharing best practices internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with CPG clients

  • Inspire a customer-first mindset within client organizations

  • Oversee delivery of client account plans and ensure alignment with client strategies

  • Use dunnhumby’s tools and insights to deliver actionable solutions and presentations

  • Identify new revenue opportunities with clients to support company targets

  • Collaborate internally across Shopper Insights, Retail, Media teams, and wider community

  • Support client training on dunnhumby products and solutions

  • Measure and report on value and ROI delivered to clients

  • Assist with contract renewal processes to maximize retention

  • Lead case study creation and promote best practice sharing

  • Contribute to evolving the CPG client offering and attend relevant forums

  • Take ownership of personal career development and maintain required training

  • Uphold dunnhumby’s values and code of business conduct

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline

  • Good understanding of the CPG industry

  • Relevant professional experience
